Fervor

E has a speech to do for school. He did really well last year with his ice cream speech so he decided a safe bet would be to do chocolate this year. After he did all his research, he had all kinds of questions about the different kinds of chocolate so we decided we should have a chocolate tasting. We tried and compared cocoa powder, baking chocolate, chocolate chips, white chocolate, milk chocolate, 65% dark chocolate made with cocoa beans only from Madagascar, 75% dark chocolate made with coacoa beans only from Equador and a 70% dark chocolate from made from a blend of cocoa beans. Armed with glasses of milk and our taste buds, we read all about the different kinds of chcolate and their components. Everyone got in on the action and really enjoyed our chocolate experiment.
